Everything. Great location. Near Bella Artes Metro, but walkable to Plaza de Armas and Bella Artes. Great: breakfast, bed, linens, towels. Terrific English speaking staff. Incredible value.

Nice hotel in good location
Lovely quiet hotel in a good location, rooms were spacious and breakfast plentiful.
Bathroom needed a bit if a refurbishment as had cracked floor tiles, chipped paint, worn taps

Good design, good breakfast, some rooms very noisy.
Our room was spacious, bright and clean. Breakfasts was amazing!️ Cofe and tea 24/7 at lobby Bed was very comfortable. Interior design is really nice.
The guy on reception didn’t know how to charge me for the room using his bank card reader, he didn’t know that we have hair dryer in the room, it seemed to me it was his first day on this position. Overall, he was trying to help and was very polite. Other receptionists was much more experienced. Our room was facing the street so it was very noisy. Laundry service was quite expensive. Shower head was broken. The maid ignored the "do not disturb" sign left on the door handle and walked into the room. The advertised “high speed internet” was actually very slow.
