Ottimo
Camera molto spaziosa, con un letto ampio e comodo. La temperatura è rimasta piacevole, anche tenendo spenta la climatizzazione, sintomo di una buona coibentazione. Il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile nel dare informazioni sulla città. Le parti comuni sono moderne e ben tenute ed offrono H24 l'utilizzo gratuito di un distributore di bevande calde (caffè, cioccolata, infusioni, ...). La posizione è comoda per visitare la città senza bisogno di utilizzare mezzi. I succhi di frutta proposti a colazione erano ottimi.
La stanza necessitava di un po' di manutenzione straordinaria: una mattonella del bagno era rotta e leggermente sollevata rispetto alle altre, la rubinetteria (in particolare del lavandino) era molto ossidata e di non facile utilizzo. I servizi in camera sono carenti per un 4 stelle: il minibar è presente ma vuoto e non è stata lasciata in camera nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua (l'acqua era disponibile solo in bicchieri da un dispenser nella hall). La colazione non è molto varia, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i dolci.

Ottima la posizione, hall molto casalinga ed accogliente. La struttura è più un B&B che un albergo. A disposizione macchinetta per caffè e cappuccino. Camere moderne e accoglienti
Tutto bene in realtà, personale sempre disponibile ma suggerirei un po' più sorridente. La wifi non è stata disponibile per più di un giorno ma hanno rimediato facendo hotspot con un loro telefono

La posizione,a gentilezza, disponibilità ed educazione dello staff.
La colazione è terrificante. Frutta di pessima scelta. Varietà e quantità dei cibi scarsa. Nella camera non vi sono neanche i fazzoletti di carta. Non vi è l' acqua di cortesia. Nelle stanze che si affacciano sulla strada si sente troppo rumore. I cuscini sono pessimi. I materassi sono buoni.
